On November 24, 2021, Akiyoshi Nakao and Arata Furuta were revealed to have joined the film's cast, while the film's ending theme song was revealed. On November 6, 2021, the All Kamen Rider Great Voting event was held by the Japanese television station NHK, which revealed a first-look at Kamen Rider Century.
